Notice of oral hearing: October 2022

There will be a hearing on 26 October 2022 at 10am hosted at the offices of The Pensions Ombudsman, 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 4PU as part of The Pensions Ombudsman’s investigation of complaints made by five applicants against Mr Simon Hamilton Kaigh, Mr Michael McNally, Gilbert Trading Limited, SHK Property Services Limited and Eleven Property Limited in their capacity as the Trustees, and Brambles Administration Limited in its capacity as administrator, of the Gilbert Trading Pension Scheme, the SHK Property Services Pension Scheme and the Eleven Property Pension Scheme.

The hearing will be held in public. However, it is essential that any member of the public wishing to attend contacts us as soon as possible, and in any event no later than Wednesday 19 October 2022, so that the necessary arrangements can be made. In 2025, international law firm Slaughter and May decided to partner with The Pensions Ombudsman (TPO) to support its volunteer programme. Today we are interviewing Patricia Critchley who is Senior Counsel at Slaughter and May and a pro bono volunteer for TPO.
