Notice of oral hearing: September 2021
There will be a hearing on 23 September 2021 at 10am hosted at the offices of The Pensions Ombudsman, 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 4PU as part of The Pensions Ombudsman’s investigation of a complaint made by Ms E against Mr Simon Allen, Mrs Louise Allen and Whitehall Trustees Limited in their capacity as the trustees of the Allen, Allen and Dansie Small Self-Administered Scheme.
The hearing will be held in public. However, it is essential that any member of the public wishing to attend contacts us as soon as possible, and in any event no later than Monday 20 September 2021, so that the necessary arrangements can be made.
