Ombuds Day 2020

Date:

Today marks the third annual Ombuds Day; an opportunity to raise awareness and understanding of the Ombuds profession. This year’s theme is ‘Unusual name. Important Service.’

Anthony Arter, Pensions Ombudsman and Chair of the Ombudsman Association said:

“We are delighted to be part of the Ombudsman Association ‘Ombuds Day’ campaign this year. It is important for people to know that there are alternative ways to resolve their disputes. Pensions can be complicated and people may not know which way to turn when things go wrong. At The Pensions Ombudsman, we are proud to provide an accessible, free and impartial service for people who are struggling to get their voice heard and to help them resolve their dispute without having to go to court.”
