I do not uphold Mr E’s complaint, and no further action is required by the Trustee or the Administrator.

Complaint summary

Mr E complained that the Administrator caused delays in issuing his Cash Equivalent Transfer Value quotations. He said:-

  • The Administrator did not adhere to its Service Level Agreement timeframes, which meant that he was unable to meet the CETV guarantee expiry date. 

  • There were further delays in the issuing of a new CETV quotation which was lower in value than the original CETV quotation. He has therefore suffered a substantial financial loss.
