Mr S’ complaint against Brambles and EPL is partly upheld.

To put matters right Brambles shall pay Mr S £500 for the significant distress and inconvenience it has caused him, and EPL shall pay £1,500 in respect of the severe distress and inconvenience suffered by Mr S.
