Outcome

Mr S’ complaint against Brambles and EPL is partly upheld.

To put matters right Brambles shall pay Mr S £500 for the significant distress and inconvenience it has caused him, and EPL shall pay £1,500 in respect of the severe distress and inconvenience suffered by Mr S.

Complaint summary

Mr S’ complaint against Brambles and EPL is that he is the victim of a pension scam, and they have not actioned his request to return the pension funds he invested in the Scheme, and also that they should compensate him accordingly.
