Complaint summary
Mr N has complained that, since 2011, his pension has been increased by reference to the Consumer Prices Index (CPI), rather than the Retail Prices Index (RPI). Mr N says he was given misleading information about pensions increases in 1992 and he relied on this information to his detriment.
