Mrs S’ complaint is upheld and to put matters right NHS BSA shall reinstate Mrs S’ Special Class Status. NHS BSA shall put Mrs S back into the position she would have been in had she taken her pension unreduced from age 55. NHS BSA shall also pay Mrs S £1,000 for the serious distress and inconvenience which she has suffered.
