Complaint summary

Mrs E’s complaint is that her Cash Equivalent Transfer Value (CETV) was recalculated and a lower value was paid to Royal London. She said that this was despite the fact that the member’s portion of the transfer agreement had been returned to WTW before the expiry of the guarantee on the original CETV illustration.
