Complaint summary

 

Mrs H’s complaint relates to poor administration of the Policy. She has said that on two occasions Aviva failed to increase her monthly contributions in time.

Mrs H has also complained that instead of reducing her monthly contributions in February 2021, Aviva suspended them for two months and she incurred difficulty in getting them reinstated.
