Mr O has complained about the time it took the Administrator to transfer his pension funds from the Plan into his chosen Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP), with Fidelity.

Mr O has claimed that he suffered a substantial financial loss due to delays, and he wants the Administrator to put him back in the financial position he would have been in had the delays not occurred.
