Complaints about personal and occupational pensions form

This may be a pension scheme provided by your employer (which might be an occupational pension scheme or a personal pension plan) or a pension you have set up yourself.

Then email CentralSupportMailbox@pensions-ombudsman.org.uk with a copy of the completed form, along with copies of your complaint correspondence, including your complaint letter to the party/parties and their response (if received) as we cannot progress your complaint without this supporting information.
