We can look at decisions made by the Scheme Manager. These are known as Financial Assistance Scheme appeals.
Please use the downloadable pdf form. Then email CentralSupportMailbox@pensions-ombudsman.org.uk with a copy of the completed form, along with copies of your complaint correspondence, including your complaint letter to the party/parties and their response (if received) as we cannot progress your complaint without this supporting information.
