Outcome
I do not uphold Mrs R’s complaint, and no further action is required by SL or Aptia.

I do not uphold Mrs N’s complaint, and no further action is required by SL.
Mrs N’s complaint against TP and NYCC is partly upheld. To put matters right, Mrs N shall be paid £3,000 in respect of the non-financial injustice she has sustained as a consequence of their maladministration. £2,000 of this payment shall be made by TP and the remaining £1,000 by NYCC.

Mrs K’s complaint is upheld and, to put matters right, the Employers shall ensure that she is not financially disadvantaged by its maladministration. So, they shall arrange for any investment loss to be calculated and paid into the Scheme.
Ms H’s complaint is upheld and, to put matters right, the Employer shall pay £2,024.00 into the Trust. The Employer shall ensure that Ms H is not financially disadvantaged by its maladministration. So, it shall arrange for any investment loss to be calculated and paid into the Trust.
