Mr S’ complaint against the Trustee is partly upheld. To put matters right the Trustee shall pay £1,000 to Mr S in respect of the serious distress and inconvenience which he has suffered.
I do not uphold Mr L’s complaint and no further action is required by WTW or the Trustee.

Mr N’s complaint is partially upheld and to put matters right, Fidelity shall pay Mr N £500 for the significant distress and inconvenience its errors have caused him.
Mr M’s complaint against Fidelity is upheld. To put matters right, Fidelity shall pay £500 to Mr M for the significant distress and inconvenience the matter has caused him.
Dr S’ complaint against NHS BSA and PCSE is partially upheld. To put matters right for the part that is upheld, NHS BSA and PCSE shall each pay Dr S £500, the combined total being £1,000, for the serious distress and inconvenience she has experienced.
Mrs D’s complaint is upheld and to put matters right MyCSP shall follow the directions set out in paragraph 39 below of this Determination.
Mrs R’s complaint against the Council is partly upheld. To put matters right the Council shall pay Mrs R £1,000 in respect of the significant distress and inconvenience caused.
I do not uphold Mr N’s complaint and no further action is required by the Trustees.
