Complaint summary
Mrs N’s complaint against YHL is that her ill health retirement benefits under the Scheme are lower than the benefits she would have received under the Local Government Pension Scheme. She says this is contrary to what she was told at the time of the transfer in 2007 and YHL should fund the difference as it promised.
