Ms R’s complaint is upheld and to put matters right the Nursery shall pay any missing contributions in respect of her pension and make good any loss of investment returns. In addition, the Nursery shall pay a distress and inconvenience award to Ms R for the serious distress and inconvenience that she has suffered.
