I do not uphold Mr N’s complaint and no further action is required by the Trustee.
Complaint summary
Mr N has complained that he is not currently receiving any pension benefits for his first period of employment with Standard Telephone & Cables (STC) and the Trustee has disputed his membership for this period of time.
He has also said the Trustee took too long and, on occasion, failed to respond to his queries and also to the complaint.
