Complaint summary
Ms Z has complained that she was not informed of her enrolment into the Scheme. As a result, she did not have the opportunity to opt out. Ms Z said NOW’s refusal to refund her pension contributions is unlawful and the option provided, to transfer her pension to her US retirement plan, is not possible as it is not a Qualifying Recognised Overseas Pension Scheme (QROPS).
