Outcome
I do not uphold Mr D’s complaint and no further action is required by the Trustee or the Administrator.
Complaint summary
Mr D’s complaint concerns the service and delays caused by the Administrator following his request to transfer his pension funds. The transfer was initially requested in November 2021, but it was not completed until June 2022.
Mr D has said that this resulted in a substantial loss in the value of his pension. He would like to be put back in the financial position he would have been in had the delay not occurred. He also said that he should be compensated for the distress and inconvenience caused.
