Mr R’s complaint against the Employer is partly upheld. To put matters right, the Employer shall pay Mr R £500 in recognition of the distress and inconvenience he suffered.

Mr R has complained that the Employer failed to make an agreed 9% employer pension contribution in his first month of employment.
