I do not uphold Mrs A’s complaint, and no further action is required by SPT.

Complaint summary
Mrs A has complained that she was paid a lower pension lump sum and annual pension than what was shown on SPT’s member portal. She said that she based her decision to retire on this information.
She also complained about the quality of service provided and the detriment to her mental health.
