Complaint summary
Mr N has complained that the Trustee did not give him the option to transfer the contributions that had been made to the Plan when he left employment and, as a result of this, he has lost his entitlement to any benefits under the Plan. So, he would like a refund of the contributions plus the investment growth over the past 10 years.
