Ms R’s complaint is upheld and, to put matters right, the Trust shall follow the Directions set out in paragraphs 25 to 28.
Complaint summary
Ms R complained that the Trust failed to action an Additional Pension (AP) arrangement that she tried to set up in February 2015. It was not set up, although payments were taken from her.
