Mr N’s complaint is upheld against the Bradford & Bingley Trustees and to put matters right:

MATTERS FOR DETERMINATION

Mr Harries appeals against the decision by the Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) that no insolvency event has occurred in relation to the Poseidon Average Adjusters (London) Limited Retirement Benefit Scheme (the Poseidon Scheme) and that as a result it is not a qualifying pension scheme for the purposes of the FAS.

MATTERS FOR DETERMINATION

Mr Sims is appealing against the level of payment that has been awarded by the FAS.
