I do not uphold Ms E’s complaint and no further action is required by NHS BSA.

Complaint summary
Ms E has complained that NHS BSA did not pay her a refund of the pension contributions she made to the Scheme. Instead, Ms E believes that due to her length of her employment with the NHS she should be entitled to deferred benefits.
