Mr T’s complaint is upheld and, to put matters right, the Employer shall pay £4,464.57 into the Plan. The Employer shall ensure that Mr T is not financially disadvantaged by its maladministration. So, it shall arrange for any investment loss to be calculated and paid into the Plan.
Mr H’s complaint is upheld and, to put matters right, the Employer shall pay £726.90 into the Scheme. The Employer shall ensure that Mr H is not financially disadvantaged by its maladministration. So, it shall arrange for any investment loss to be calculated and paid into the Scheme.
Miss N’s complaint is upheld and, to put matters right, the Employer shall pay £895.38 into the Scheme. The Employer shall ensure that Miss N is not financially disadvantaged by its maladministration. It shall arrange for any investment loss to be calculated and paid into the Scheme.

Mrs N’s complaint against the Council is partly upheld. To put matters right, for the part that is upheld the Council shall pay Mrs N £1,000 for the serious distress and inconvenience that she has suffered as a result of its errors.

Mr D’s complaint against Aegon is partly upheld. To put matters right, Aegon shall make a payment of £500 to Mr D, in respect of the significant non-financial injustice he has experienced. This is inclusive of the £300 that it has already offered him.
No further action is required by the Trustee.
