Outcome
I do not uphold Ms E’s complaint and no further action is required by the Trustee.

Mr N’s complaint is upheld and to put matters right Prudential shall take the steps as set out in the ‘Directions’ section below.
Prudential shall also pay Mr N £1000 in recognition of the serious distress and inconvenience caused as a result of the maladministration identified below.

I do not uphold Mr W’s complaint and no further action is required by DWP, Cabinet Office, or MyCSP.

Mr S’ complaint against RL is partly upheld, but there is a part of the complaint with which I do not agree. To put matters right, RL shall pay Mr S £500 in recognition of the significant distress and inconvenience he has experienced as a result of its maladministration.
Mr T’s complaint is upheld and, to put matters right, the Employer shall pay £1,891.42 into the Trust. The Employer shall ensure that Mr T is not financially disadvantaged by its maladministration. So, it shall arrange for any investment loss to be calculated and paid into the Trust.
I do not uphold Mr H’s complaint and no further action is required by RBS.
