Outcome
I do not uphold Mr L’s complaint and no further action is required by the Board or the Administrator.

Ms Y’s complaint against Countrywide is partly upheld. To put matters right, Countrywide shall pay Ms Y £500 for significant distress and inconvenience.

Ms N complained that:-
Mr A’s complaint is upheld and to put matters right the Employer shall pay the missing contributions in respect of this pension and make good any shortfall in units.
In addition, the Employer shall pay Mr A £1,000 for the serious distress and inconvenience it has caused him.
Mr N’s complaint against the Trustee is partially upheld. To put matters right, the Trustee shall pay Mr N £1,000 for the serious distress and inconvenience he has experienced.
