Outcome

Mr E’s complaint is upheld and, to put matters right, the Employer shall pay £1,898.61 into the Scheme. The Employer shall ensure that Mr E is not financially disadvantaged by its maladministration. So, it will arrange for any investment loss to be calculated and paid into the Scheme.
The complaint is not upheld against the Administrator as there was no unreasonable delay by it that resulted in the delay of Mrs I’s transferred funds being reinvested.
Miss S’ complaint is upheld and, to put matters right, Dapa Coffee shall pay Miss S £500 for the significant distress and inconvenience she has experienced.
Mrs L’s complaint against TP is partly upheld. To put matters right, TP shall repay Mrs L the overpayment it recovered from her and consider afresh whether to seek recovery of the overpayment.
