Outcome
I do not uphold Mr H’s complaint and no further action is required by the Trustee.
Complaint summary
Mr H has complained that:-

Mr H has complained that:-
Mr L’s complaint against the Trustee and Capita is partly upheld. To put matters right, the Trustee shall pay Mr L £500 in recognition of the significant distress and inconvenience which he has suffered in relation to this matter.
Mr N’s complaint is upheld and, to put matters right, the Employer shall enrol Mr N into a new account in the Plan and ensure that it pays £1,855.35 in unpaid pension contributions.
I do not uphold Mrs R’s complaint and no further action is required by the Trustee.
I do not uphold Ms N’s complaint and no further action is required by Prudential.
Mrs L’s complaint is upheld and, to put matters right, the Employer shall pay £1,401.53 into the Scheme. The Employer shall ensure that Mrs L is not financially disadvantaged by its maladministration. So, it will arrange for any investment loss to be calculated and paid into the Scheme.
Ms T’s complaint is partly upheld. To put matters right, the Practice shall pay Ms T £1,000 for the serious distress and inconvenience she has suffered.
I do not uphold Mr N’s complaint and no further action is required by the Council.
