I do not uphold Miss N’s complaint, and no further action is required by the Scheme Manager or the Administrator.
Miss S’ complaint is upheld in part and, to put matters right, the Employer shall ensure that Miss S is not financially disadvantaged by its maladministration. So, it shall arrange for any investment loss to be calculated and paid into the Scheme.
Miss E’s complaint is upheld and, to put matters right, the Employer shall pay £886.71 into the Scheme. The Employer shall ensure that Miss E is not financially disadvantaged by its maladministration. So, it shall arrange for any investment loss to be calculated and paid into the Scheme.
I do not uphold Ms R’s complaint and no further action is required by Westerby.
I do not uphold Mr R’s complaint and no further action is required by the Trustee.
Mr R’s complaint against Westbridge is partly upheld. To put matters right, Westbridge SSAS shall:-
Pay Mr R the sums described under my Directions in paragraphs 92.1 to 92.3, below; and
Ms S’ complaint is upheld and, to put matters right, the Employer should pay £678.30 into the Scheme. The Employer should ensure that Ms S is not financially disadvantaged by its maladministration. So, it should arrange for any investment loss to be calculated and paid into the Scheme.
