Complaint summary

Mr Y’s complaint is that the Trustee has unfairly rejected his request for early retirement, because it says that he remains in significant gainful employment. Mr Y argues that he had not previously been informed of the criteria on which the Trustee decides the meaning of “significant gainful employment”. He says that other members in similar circumstances have been allowed to retire early.
