Complaint summary

Mrs T complained that up until 2019, NHS BSA had not made her aware that her pension in payment included a Guaranteed Minimum Pension (GMP). 

She believes that once she reached her State Pension Age (SPA), the value of her yearly pension from the Scheme should have increased by the value of her GMP entitlement, which it did not.
