The complaint is partly upheld to the extent that Teachers’ Pensions provided Mr S with inaccurate information on two separate occasions regarding his Buy Out Election. Teachers’ Pensions shall pay Mr S an award of £500, in recognition of the significant non-financial injustice he has suffered.
