Mr N complained that the Trustee should have contacted him when he reached age 60 and informed him that he was entitled to take unreduced early retirement.
Mr N claimed that the Trustee failed to fulfil its trust law duty to “act in the best interest of the beneficiaries”.
Mr N said he should be entitled to claim the retirement benefits he would have received at age 60.
