Outcome
The Applicants’ complaint is upheld. To put matters right, the Employer shall pay any missing contributions into each Applicant’s account within the Plan and remedy any loss of investment return. In addition, it shall pay each Applicant £1,000 for the serious distress and inconvenience it caused them.
